Emergency Questions

Gas leaks can be dangerous so we recommend you to immediately switch off the gas bottles at the valve on the top of the bottles. It is critical that there is no smoking or bare flames at this time.

Give us a call right away, and we’ll come out and address the problem as soon as possible.

If you hear a water leak, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can identify the leak and resolve the problem. If the leak is left ignored, it may cause damage to the walls and the structure of the building. High water pressure, old fatigue pipes, and pests can all contribute to this.

This could be due to many reasons:

1. The council has turned off the water supply, which might be due to routine maintenance. We recommend that you enquire with your neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same problem.
2. A water main has broken, forcing all of the water to spill into the open air.
3. There’s a chance you have an old galvanised water main line. Galvanized water pipes deteriorate from the inside out, resulting in rusted and debris-filled pipes.

Give us a call and we’ll come out and diagnose the problem and fix it as quickly as possible so you can have water running again.

This could be due to many reasons:

1. The council has turned off the gas supply, which might be due to routine maintenance. We recommend that you enquire with your neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same problem.
2. The main regulator in the gas meter could be faulty.
3. If you have LPG bottles, it’s possible that they’re empty.
4. After refilling, the auto change has not been switched to the full bottle.
5. A drain kit has not been installed on LPG pipeline, resulting in the line to become blocked.

Give us a call and we’ll come out and diagnose the problem and fix it as quickly as possible so you have gas running again.
